DrumGun

The Century Drum Gun was specifically designed for Hatteras style drum fishing and has incorporated all the same technology that they have used in their record-setting competition distance rods. This rod has fast-action/recovery #11 Tip diameter and a 22 mm zero taper but section that will accommodate a trigger reel seat. It comes 13'6" long with a near 50/50 split. 

The Drum Gun has our Graphene infusion for weight reduction and durability, "Total Torsional Stability" (TTS) to prevent torsional loading. And energy loss during compression/recovery of the cast, it has S-2 Glass in the tip for bite detection and durability, "Gear Box" butt design an ultra efficient zero taper or "straight butt" with a progressive load and unload achieved by staged patterns and material changes throughout the butt section. As all Century rods the Drum Gun has been processed through our Auto-Clave (heat/ vacuum/ pressure all applied at the same time). 

This is the same process that is used in aerospace and F-1 carbons to ensure proper resin content. enhance life expectancy eliminate voids and in turn it super compresses the composite which enhances sensitivity. 

The DrumGun has an 8 oz cast measured at over 700 ft, and is light enough to hold all night in line and not beat you up. If you want the pinnacle of performance for your drum fishing this is the rod for you!
