Refund policy

We stand behind every rod we build and want you to be confident in your purchase.

Because each rod is custom-built and components are pulled and allocated immediately upon order fulfillment, all unapproved rod cancellations and returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

 

What this means:

• Once your order is placed, materials and components have already been committed to your build
• If a return or cancellation is approved, 15% of the purchase price will be deducted from your refund
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

 

Why the restocking fee?

We’re not a warehouse moving mass-produced gear. Each rod is built with purpose, and once we start your order, those materials are tied up. The restocking fee helps cover processing fees, labor, handling, and component allocation.
